Protocol Officer
Job Summary
Handle the logistical arrangements of events such as board meetings, committees, social events.
Make travel arrangements for guests where and when required.
Determine hotels and venues of executive meetings.
Arrange mode of transportation in coordination with Administration function.
Coordinate with Chairman Office to ensure proper scheduling for trips for Board.
Negotiate travel and accommodation costs and rates.
Maintain record of events and expenses.
Educational Qualifications & Certification
Diploma / certificate in secretarial studies or equivalent
Experience Required
Function specific experience – Public Relations
Industry related experience – Power Transmission
4 years of relevant experience
