There are three ways to say the time


First way
The hours + the minute

Second way

The minutes + past +hours

Quarter past ten

As in zen2
Nine-forty

Third way

The minutes + to +hours

As in picture zen3

Ten to two

As in zen2

Ten to twenty

Don't forget to mention Am or Pm
